Who I Work With

I support adults navigating difficult or confusing chapters in life, whether something recent has shaken things up, or things have been quietly heavy for a long time.

People often come to me when they’re experiencing:

  • Anxiety, overthinking, or constant worrying

  • Low self-esteem, shame, or feeling “not good enough”

  • Depression, low mood, or a sense of disconnection

  • Trauma or difficult past experiences (even if they feel “not bad enough”)

  • Grief, bereavement, or loss in any form

  • Burnout, stress, or identity shifts

  • Life transitions — new beginnings, endings, or changing relationships

I’m also neurodivergent-friendly, welcoming clients who are autistic, ADHD, self-identified, or undiagnosed. You don’t need to mask or explain yourself here: I’ll meet you where you are.

Whether you prefer gentle talking therapy, creative and expressive approaches, or simply a calm space to be heard, we will work together in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and pressure-free.

If any of this resonates with you, you’re welcome to get in touch to see how we might work together. I offer both online and in-person sessions in Manchester, with concessions available. Every step of therapy is guided by your pace and needs so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
