FAQ

Do you offer online or in-person therapy?
Yes — I offer both. You can choose to have sessions online from the comfort of your own space, or in-person at my therapy room in Manchester.

Are you a neurodivergent-friendly therapist?
Absolutely. I work in a flexible, non-judgemental way that accommodates different communication styles, sensory needs and pacing. You’re welcome to be yourself — no masking or pressure to “perform”.

Do I have to be ‘good at art’ to try creative therapy?
Not at all. Creative or expressive arts can be used if it helps you process things differently — but it’s never required. Talking is always enough.

What issues can you help with?
I support adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, grief, burnout, life transitions and more. If you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit — just ask.

How much do sessions cost?
I offer standard-rate sessions as well as low-cost options and concessions for those on lower income. I believe therapy should be accessible.

What is person-centred counselling?
It’s a gentle, non-directive approach where you lead the way — I don’t diagnose or judge. Instead, I offer empathy, reflection and support as you reconnect with your own sense of direction and strength.
